This is the crew that went on the hike

Dear Fellow Recreational Lovers,

We made it to the top of Mt San Jacinto. It was a full day effort. We took the amazing Palm Springs Tramway to the 8,500 ft level of the Mt and hiked 11 miles round-trip to the summit (11,864'). Attached are photos of this glorious adventure. A devotional at the top only added to the 360 degree view of So. Calif. & Mexico.

Hiking is a fun way to bond with friends, be out in nature and see God's glory. I encourage everyone to go on a hike one of these days! Thanks for sharing Jerry!!

Warner Center Fun

We had a great time at Warner Center Park at our first event. Here we are playing a competitive game of volleyball. You should have seen those spikes! =) We also played a fun game of soccer. Food, Fun, and Sports. It was a beautiful day!

Thank you to all of you who came out to make our first event so wonderful.

Hiking trip to Palm Springs August 14

On Saturday, Aug 14, we will be leaving the parking lot of Jerry Sugarman's office early in the AM to go to the Palm Springs Tramway. Our goal is to arrive at the Tramway at 7:30 AM and take the 8:00 AM gondola to San Jancinto SP. From there it is a 6 hr round trip hike to the top of San Jacinto (10,800'). The Tram costs about $23 per adult (if a group of 10 or more...$21). The hike is rated moderate (Baden Powell was one level more strenous than SJ) and is world class beautiful. Kick Off Picnic and Sports Day

JOIN US!!
Bring your family and friends and enjoy a picnic and activities at the park. This will be our kick off event! We will set up Volleyball, Soccer, and other small activities. They also have a small playground for the little ones. Pack a picnic style lunch or just head over to play some games. It will be awesome! This event is open to all and will go from 11-2. Hope to see you there!
